I have not enjoyed purchasing an automobile as much since my last purchase of a BMW 12 years ago. Robert was pleasant, quite professional and treated us as though we could be serious buyers. That was not our experience in Tucson. Although we had not planned to spend as much time as we ultimately did, we enjoyed the experience. Robert was responsive to our questions and, when he felt unsure, brought in a colleague - something we really appreciated. When we explained our financial parameters, Robert was able to meet them- another major plus. At the end of the process, we purchased and felt good about it. Our reception was great.
