RC was extremely patient with us throughout the whole buying experience. From our questions in color and features, to advocating for us on price and value. As a matter of fact, his level of understanding was very professional and personally empathetic as well. On the service side, RC "came out" to our house to help us learn the features of the car, to program our garage openers and to pick up the paperwork. Kim is one of the best auto sales people we've worked with. She is very knowledgeable about the cars. We were able to get to a final deal without the typical game playing.
