Chapman BMW On Camelback

When I first started looking for a new car my husband and I were in the neighborhood of Chapman one Saturday evening and decided to just pop in and take a look at the cars. He was very friendly and extremely knowledegable - not pushy at all. Over the next several weeks I went to a couple of other dealerships, and decided to go back to Chapman to specifically work with Michael Ross. He made the entire buying experience enjoyable. I purchased a 2011 328i convertible a year ago. A couple months ago my husband and I saw Michael at a jazz festival, and not only did he remember the car he sold to me, he remembered our names. When I recently took my car in for its routine maintenance, which was also a positive experience, I made a point to stop by and say hello to Michael. He will forever be my sales guy!
