We are extremely saddened by your review. After much research and review of your purchase in which you received $7000 off your ordered M550, which included ceramic tint, and 0% financing for 60 months, in addition, the full $3000 incentive was applied, which is only honored when given in its entirety to the customer and you were in fact offered a full demonstration on your new BMW and then offered an encore to come back at a more convenient time, both of which you declined. Also, tint is not offered for free. The following insert is from an email you responded to Elliott with when asking for an update on your build, Elliott provided you with the link to watch your vehicle in production: "This is amazing news! I will be able to do most of the tracking on my own now via online and will be able to stop pestering you and Doug. Really appreciate the responses from both of you, couldn't be happier!” Incentives are locked in at the time of an order and we do not benefit from incentive money, it is for the customer, not the dealership. BMW NA govern our surveys and they are handled by a third party called Qualtronics, they determine who does and does not receive a survey, not the dealership "What triggers a survey to a customer? Once a Retail Delivery Report (RDR) is submitted or a Repair Order (RO) is closed by accounting, that information is immediately sent by BMW NA to Qualtrics. Qualtrics will then determine if the record should be surveyed and if so, the customer will receive an invitation email five (5) calendar days later.” We are not making excuses, just pointing out some facts in response to your survey. We strive to make every customer experience here a great one and we go above and beyond to make sure the best deal is given. But we can’t please all the people all of the time and we are sorry your experience has been expressed with such disappointment, but thankfully you are enjoying your BMW.
