I explained to JC that this would be our 15th BMW, so I knew what I wanted. He "listened", showed us a couple of models that didn't work for me and said no problem. I know what you want, I'll find one and call you. He checked in a few times with various X5s and we finally found the one that worked. When I arrived for the test-drive JC was with another customer and in an effort to respect my time he assigned his associate Sammy who also did a fantastic job. Both guys were able to explain the differences in my current model and the new model and offered a level of knowledge that I had not seen at other BMW dealers in the Phoenix area. Thank you. More

Met with Service Adviser Bobby Stewart on Nov 29, 2016 who assured that repair would take no more than one hour to include the comp car wash. He missed his estimate. Car was ready in 59 minutes. Working with him is like having your good friend who knows a lot of about cars along to help you make a good decision. Craig is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, patient, and fun to be with. He didn't put any pressure on me at all, and he focused on helping me find the perfect car -- in an enjoyable manner. It's obvious that he just loves cars -- and he also loves dogs, which shows you what a good guy he is. We are planning to replace our other BMW in another year, and I never thought I would say this, but I am honestly looking forward to the experience. More
