Finally Got the Car I Wanted I am a retired lady who had done my homework and knew what I was looking for in a new auto. He saw to it that I got exactly what I wanted which meant we had to order it. He did not push to sell what was in stock. He was very patient. There was no stressing over anything. I believe his work day was over and I admit I am a talker, yet he remained pleasant and interested. I have my awesome car now. Craig is contacting me to ask how I am liking my BMW and inviting me back if I have any questions or help with anything. More
