Carlos w/ Chapman Chevrolet Service Department was absolutely amazing. Always kept me up to date on all issues with my truck. Sadly, the Extended Warranty with DLP was absolute trash and never respon absolutely amazing. Always kept me up to date on all issues with my truck. Sadly, the Extended Warranty with DLP was absolute trash and never responded to any emails, and even with calls they would lie and push the goalposts back further. However, Carlos was on the ball and made sure everything was as good as good can be. I have no issues with Chapman Service and will gladly take my truck back there anytime i need anything done, because i know there is an advocate in the service department for the public :). More

I was clear that I was from out of town yet they still wanted to upsell me on services and even offered text messages will stop from this dealership.
