I don’t believe a conversation at this point can set things right after I tried calling for three days straight with no response. Although, it is extremely disappointing that a takes a bad review to get anyone’s attention from your company. I would strongly advise for corporate to visit and retrain employees who lack customer service skills. I love my jeep, but at this point the damage is done and my next car will have to be a Toyota or some other brand where employees treat their customers with care/respect.

Ms. Carrillo, You state that the vehicle had problems, but you never brought the vehicle in to our dealership for repairs nor did you bring it to any other Jeep dealership for these concerns. You state that we offered you GAP insurance as a free birthday gift, and you bring this up years after purchase with no documentation. This is not something we do and in your contract you clearly opted for this coverage and the charges where very clearly signed and authorized by you. The charges were dropped because they are clearly baseless and without merit. We wish that we could have satisfied you, but in this case you gave us no opportunity to resolve any problems your vehicle had, and the demand for $10,000 for no reason was absurd. I did take my car in. And as soon as i mentioned it was a lemon no documentation was made. I lived in Oregon for a little while and the vehicle was raken to a dodfe dealership. I spoke with joe Vaughn, christian Pagan, Don Hamrick, jaime watson was the salesman and he dod make the offer gap ins. and a couple of others. Should impost the old emails. And the picture that shows the math error. You know what you did, and you continue to do the same with other customers.i am not the only one complaining about your business. I was thinking about just sending a letter to Christopher Strahan. But like in court i lost because i signed the contract. I wont ever shop at your dealership again, neither will my friends. As a matter of fact a friend of mine stopped in then realized this was the dealership i was talking about and they wenr elsewhere. Like i said i was 58 years old, my first brand new car purchase,and my first time coming to a deership on my own. And you took advantage. i tried to give it back within 3 days and was told the edrs was already completed. I actually should have been able to. And at one point with the issues with the vehicle, i was offered to trade it for a ford escape with 80k miles. You calling this situation and my comments absurd is on you. Is rhat your idea of customer service.
