Hello Mike, I would like to apologize for your recent service visit. The service advisor who assisted you during your last visit is not longer with us, therefore I am not able speak with him regarding the specifics. Our general policy is to honor coupons which have a recent history of being sent to our customers. The only exception to this might be a coupon of which we receive partial reimbursement from Chrysler (they require the coupon for reimbursement). I would like to apologize (again) for not checking the oil leak. The leak should have been diagnosed while to oil change was performed. Would it be possible to bring the van back for a (free) diagnosis? I can also extend the expiration date on your coupon while you are here. Derrick @ Chapman Chrysler, 558-3053.
