The alternator is on back order and I was looking at 4 days in the shop I worked with Service Adviser Dave Colwell. He went above and beyond for me. The alternator is on back order and I was looking at 4 days in the shop, Dave made a bunch of calls and and got it the next day. My beloved Charger was back on the road in less than 24 hours!!
