A Jeep Grand Cherokee, and an Alfa Romeo. I paid $25,000 cash for the Jeep. It was delivered with the passenger window broken, and never fixed by Chapman. The Alfa Romeo $40,000 engine blew and the transmission was leaking after only 268 miles. The Alfa had significant Scratches, and paint trade, Andrea the salesperson told me if I wanted it fixed, I would have to pay to have the work done. I paid to have car paint touched up, and was promised reimbursement by her supervisor Dave Zinkle, saying I should NOT have had to do that. I was NEVER reimbursed! I contacted dealer ship via email and voicemail over 30 times in 4 months. They showed no care or concern for the cars I purchased after delivery! They did nothing to help me, and would not even return my calls. When the general manager finally got involved after 3 months, I was told my best bet was to take the car to Carvana and trade it in. I paid $40,000 for this car, and their best advice was to trade it in at another dealership! The level of customer service and professionalism is non existent. Mr. Chapman would be horrified to know this is how his company is being run, and how his loyal customers are being treated.
