In the past and present I've used Chapman to s Would like to say a few words regarding Dave Colwell's (Service Advisor) very good customer service. In the past and present I've used Chapman to service my 2005 Jeep GC Limited, 2014 Jeep GC Overland and now my 2015 Jeep GC SRT. Dave has always delivered in regards to good customer service and he is the reason I keep coming back to Chapman. As a matter of fact. I bought my 2014 from Chapman for that reason. After purchasing the 2014, Chapman had a Red 2015 Jeep GC SRT on the show room floor which I was going to trade in my 2014 for the 2015 SRT. But, I did not purchase my 2015 SRT from Chapman due to a bad experience with your Service Manager (Escoto, I believe no longer there) plus the "I could care less" attitude at the time, of your salesman and Sales Manager. I've been self employed for most of my life and I can attest to the fact that good customer service will always keep customers returning. Again, the only reason I keep coming back to Chapman is for the excellent service provided by Dave Colwell. More
