Ok so a year a go we went into this place to look at a used car - so that you know there is a VW, Dodge, Jeep and Hyundai dealership. We saw a Hyundai Sonata - used and wanted to check it out. Some how th used car - so that you know there is a VW, Dodge, Jeep and Hyundai dealership. We saw a Hyundai Sonata - used and wanted to check it out. Some how they could not put the deal together - we wanted to go in with $1k down - payments of $475 or less - now why can't you do that on a used car....well talk to a buddy in the banking biz and he informs me that if the lender is asking for a down payment of $3k on a car that is only $9995 then the car is only worth $6995 and that is all the bank will finance the $3k is their profit. Any way we are waved off to dinner as they will look for a new car tthat has a rebate and see what they can come up with. We return and they have a Jeep Liberty - now it is 9p at that point I am rushed of to drive it for 15 minutes while Demetrio does paper work and then we wait and wait and wait - I think it was like 12midnight when we finally got out of there - keep in mind I had the whole time said walk away this feels shadey....but he wanted to get this done so done it was - but not at a payment of $475 - no that had edged up to $510.00. Fast forward to present day - we break up - yes we did the stupid thing and the car was in both of our names we were getting married....so who knew. He wants out of the car and I am looking to get into a more fuel economical car so back I go. Now it is 1 year later and the car went from being 25k to now barely worth 14k so I am 9k under water on a car. I went in and looked at a 14k 2007 VW convertible Beetle. They tell me oh they can not put me in that car but with $500.00 down they can get me in a 2010 - ok - put the deal together and let me know what the payment is...that was Tuesday 3 days no information and I call - Friday I am told come in bring your check - your pay stubs it is a go!! I arrive 15 minutes later to get the cold shoulder - we didn't know you were coming in - huh? You just told me to come in?? 45 minutes later - they can not do the deal and they are shoving me off on the Chrsyler dealer - did I say I wanted a Chrysler?? Luckily they do have a convertible on the lot so I drive it - and one other car - finally deciding on Saturday to go with the Sebring convertible, sign all papers and end up giving a $750..00 deposit...yea not sure where that came in but that was what had to bring in. Leave the dealership - a week later no pay off on my jeep so I call - they screwed up the papers and I have to come sign again so I do - I call monday still no pay off and we are now late on our payment. On 2/23 I lost my job and the same time the check for the deposit posts - so I think it is a done deal. I have several job offers so I am ok the first payment isnt for 45 days so I am good. Another week passes and I get another call from Allied Bank I let them know I have lost my job but have offers - within 2 hours I get a call from the dealer who says the loan has to be reworked - I let him know that no one will approve this and he tells me he will call me back in 15 minutes. No call in 3 hours I call him and he tells me they will call me first thing in the morning. At noon after no call I call - it gets pushed to voicemail - I call 3 more times and each call is pushed to voice mail so at 5p I write emails to both of the sales people and I leave a message on the finance guys work number - he had told me not to call the number but rather to call his cell. Thursday rolls around and I leave 3 messages for the GM I finally get a call back and he leaves a message stating that he could not hear the one message - what ?? I left you 3 messages and I called and left details with your secretary on why I was calling so for him to call and say he did not know why I was calling was a joke. I am seriously frustrated at this point - when at 4p I get a call from the Director of Finance - who tells me he needs a copy of the check that cleared my account back on 2/22 or he will not give me the $750.00. I go to pick up my car and find 1000 miles has been added to the mileage, there are huge dings in the side, the remote start and upgraded alarm have been ripped out of my car. I am told they will fix this and will call me later and state that with my offer letter they can make this work but it will not be until after I am at my new job. Can I get them the offer letter so I said yes - knowing this is bologna - and I am told that they will call me on Friday - today to get the remote start, my extra key and alarm repaired. No call - surprise....in short avoid this dealer like they have the plague because both of my experiences were horrific and I believe I will have get a lawyer to get my car reinstated to the prior state. Rick is my usual service person and does a great job. With the new setup I was handed off to the oil change lane. She (forgot name) asked what type of oil to use. I don't know this type of information, R With the new setup I was handed off to the oil change lane. She (forgot name) asked what type of oil to use. I don't know this type of information, Rick does it for me. The brakes are squeaking and I asked to them looked at (2010 Challenger, 5300 miles). I go the the car and she informed that the brakes were fine and the squeaking was from dust and brake dust. She told me to take a hose and wash them out the next time I washed the car. I take my cars to Chapman to have them repaired my you, not tell me how to fix it myself. The brakes are still squeaking and will require a return trip to Rick to take care. I expect better service in the future and have issues repaired that arise. I was a former customer of Ed Moses and bought my Challenger at Chapman looking for better service. That has not occurred to date. More

Quick diagnosis and the repair was done within the time expectations set. The service advisor proactively sent the shuttle driver back to pick me up. The work needed was explained clearly. Just wanted to let you know that Rick Wisely is the type of employee any company would love to have. He was cheerful and everything he mentioned or said was done properly and on time. I have worked with David Flores for 12 years and through the ownership of 3 Chrysler products. The first one being a truck I purchased new from Chapman Dodge which is how I met David. I will never ever go the ownership of 3 Chrysler products. The first one being a truck I purchased new from Chapman Dodge which is how I met David. I will never ever go anywhere else and will probably have to continue to buy Chrysler products at least until David retires! He is always helpful, always professional, and beyond honest. Additionally, I have never felt like I didn't get my vehicle back from a repair when promised. I tell all my family and friends about the great service I get from him and from Chapman Dodge, especially when they ask why I drive all the way to Chapman Dodge for service even though I live 2 minutes from Airpark Chrysler Jeep! As a former manager in a professional service industry, I hope Chapman Dodge takes good care of David. More
The worse car buying experience ever. Alex in finance is as dishonest as they come. Sales will do and say anything to get your signature, then look out! Bait and switch, deceptive, games-games-games. Alex as dishonest as they come. Sales will do and say anything to get your signature, then look out! Bait and switch, deceptive, games-games-games. Alex will not let you leave finance until you buy something else and you will pay for sure. I see why now 30% of complaints about this dealer are in finance or sales. More
Great service, very quick too. The waiting area was very nice, and had breakfast items for patrons as well. Price was inexpensive for my service, will do business with again. We got off to a rocky start following our purchase. New car delivery was terrible and the vehicle was not in good condition. Tina and the manager of the dealership made sure that I had a different salespe car delivery was terrible and the vehicle was not in good condition. Tina and the manager of the dealership made sure that I had a different salesperson to fill me in on all of the details of our new Jeep. Then the two times I have had my new Jeep in for service have been very good experiences. More
