I was able to schedule my service very quickly. I scheduled the service to be done on a Saturday and I was told that Rick Wisely would be the service manager handling my service. I was called around 11:15 am to be reminded that the dealership would close at 12. I was on the way, but appreciated the reminder. The service I requested was completed to my satisfaction. I appreciated the inspection report which pointed out that one of my safety lights was replaced since it was burnt out. More

Rick is by far the best writer I've ever worked with. He remembers me, my vehicles' history, and has always been able to work with my schedule & still get the Jeep in to be looked at right away. The shop foreman, Dan if I remember correctly, went on a test drive with me on my last appointment as soon as I arrived. He was very professional and on point with diagnosis of a "clunking" sound I had brought the Jeep in for. One of my CV axles and the output shaft were spraying grease; both were replaced under warranty (always appreciated). I'm glad to find a dealer that I like doing business with and will continue to do business with ... as long as Rick is still my writer. More
I am very disapointed in the quality of the battery's used in the grand cherokee. I have had the 1995 Jeep almost 5 years and have had to replace the battery 4 times. The most expensive was in Show Low used in the grand cherokee. I have had the 1995 Jeep almost 5 years and have had to replace the battery 4 times. The most expensive was in Show Low Az at a cost of 235 $. And that was not installed; I did it myself. The cost last friday was 190$ including installation. I have also had to replace the battery in my 2007 SRT8 Jeep twice since the december 2006 purchase. It is certanly not a good experience. George Robb More

The Service Director - Tina is a true professional that I trust 100 percent. She is the only person I trust with my car and when she says something need to be done on the vehicle I take her at her word. I ha trust 100 percent. I had to go back to dealership with same problem which is fixed now. Why I COULDN'T GET A NEW KEY THE FIRST TIME I DO NOT KNOW .I LIVE IN MESA & FIGHTING 8AM TRAFFIC ON THE 101 IS A PAIN .I have tried to mee fixed now. I know that you could lose 2 to 4 lbs in a tire but mine lost over 16 lbs in 1 tire & 14 in the other 3 so I think that somebody forgot to check them or they let some out, when Ihad them rotated. R ick is great he does a wonderful job, but he doesn't work on my Jeep . More
Originally I thought I would need to leave my car and get a rental, but when I arrived for my appointment, Rick said my car could be done within an hour. I was out of the dealer in 45 minutes, plus my car wa a rental, but when I arrived for my appointment, Rick said my car could be done within an hour. I was out of the dealer in 45 minutes, plus my car was washed! I know it's a little thing, but getting my car back washed is an awesome added bonus. It doesn't happen every time but I think it would be a great value added service to your customers. More
Not happy at all with experience with this dealership. So have decided not to return again. Third visit try at giving this dealership chance. seems like always takes so long to get things done compared to dealership in Snowflake, at least if they sa 2 hours, it is two hours. More
I can't believe you would charge me $115 for a "diagnostic fee" to check on a rattling noise under the hood - then to tell me it was the "engine mounts" and - the worst yet - not to cover them und "diagnostic fee" to check on a rattling noise under the hood - then to tell me it was the "engine mounts" and - the worst yet - not to cover them under our 80,000 mile extended warranty (which was purchased as a "bumper to bumper" warranty to cover everything except normal maintenance items/ issues. To me, an engine mount is NOT something that should fail after 34,000 miles on a 3 year old car - that has never been driven off-road or misused. I can't believe that engine mounts are not a normal service issue. Beside that, I never authorized a "diagnostic fee" nor was the fee ever mentioned to me when I dropped off my car. The $115 charge was adding insult to injury. RICK Wisley has not been very cordial nor has he been sensitive to customer issues in the past. In my opinion, he should not be in a customer-service position with his attitude. Y SEATON More
