Dave Flores has always been great to work with. He is friendly and knows me by name whenever I come in. He remembers conversations we have had in the past which makes me feel welcome and one of the Chapm friendly and knows me by name whenever I come in. When I pulled into the service department I waited approximately 2 minutes before anyone spoke to me. The person who drives customers home came to me and said that someone would be with me shortly. approximately 2 minutes before anyone spoke to me. I know 2-3 minutes is not a long period of time, however if you desire outstanding service ratings you should have someone available to great the customer almost immediately. I have been to dealerships where this happens. Once I was greeted by Dave the service was excellent. Dave was very pleasant and explained what they were going to do. The service was completed in a timely way and done excellently. I would give the overall experience and A-. Thanks, and I will return for service in the future. More
Always a great experience when dealing with David Flores and all the service staff at Chapman. I have had my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee for 6 and 1/2 years and have had an oil change every 3000 miles, I only and all the service staff at Chapman. I have had my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee for 6 and 1/2 years and have had an oil change every 3000 miles, I only have 33000 miles on her and will come back for my next 3 free oil changes or any other service I may need, Thank you very much for everything. Dave is always professional, friendly, knowledgable and personable. He explains the technical issues thoroughly in a way I understand. Your service was a satisfying experience. The only problem I have is that I have never paid $30 to service my Jeep. The dealer I bought it from never charges me more than about $20 and I just go an a problem I have is that I have never paid $30 to service my Jeep. Even though everyone, especially Rick, were very nice and I received fast service, I will probably go elsewhere to save money. More
A good overall experience. I came in to get an oil change to my 2005 Jeep Liberty, using a coupon that was sent in the mail. Service rep Dave Caldwell remembered me from previous visits. Later, he pointed ou to my 2005 Jeep Liberty, using a coupon that was sent in the mail. Service rep Dave Caldwell remembered me from previous visits. Later, he pointed out a leak in the radiator that the mechanic had discovered, so Dave offered to replace the radiator, which was under warrenty. He arranged for a rental car for the day. I returned the next day to get my car. The fresh fruit in the waiting room was a nice touch. Everything was great, though the wait for the oil change was longer than on other visits. More

I did not respect the service attitude from Joon to be specific just because I felt very pressured. I was the only one buying the car and I had my dad there for moral support. The whole time Joon focused on my dad not me, the one buying the car. I probably would have bought a extended warranty if I didnt feel so pressured. I told Jerry and Scott that I have been to this dealership before and I left right away because the sales men were annoying me and I knew WAY more than the guy did on my car I wanted. The other employees in finance were great! My dad has had a lot of past car buying experiences and he HATES going to dealerships. He came with me for moral support because he knew I would need it. When we left he said it was the best experience he has had. Which trust me... means A LOT. His only complaint was Joon. Sorry not to be so repetitive of the name, but it really bummed me out from the rest of the day, he made me feel like I was making a mistake buying the car and that theres going to be problems with it. I commented with a 4 on price because in the end I had to put more money down than I wanted to. Coming into the dealership I thought the listing price was for the 0% interest rate... Anyways it was great! Im already looking forward to my next new car. If I wasnt so comfortable there to start the day, I know I would not have left with a new car. More
