A good overall experience. I came in to get an oil change to my 2005 Jeep Liberty, using a coupon that was sent in the mail. Service rep Dave Caldwell remembered me from previous visits. Later, he pointed ou to my 2005 Jeep Liberty, using a coupon that was sent in the mail. Service rep Dave Caldwell remembered me from previous visits. Later, he pointed out a leak in the radiator that the mechanic had discovered, so Dave offered to replace the radiator, which was under warrenty. He arranged for a rental car for the day. I returned the next day to get my car. The fresh fruit in the waiting room was a nice touch. Everything was great, though the wait for the oil change was longer than on other visits. More

Best to stick with one or the other. But Prefer you keep the wash. Nice side perk that adds to the overall customer experience. Services on site also a plus - ie the wireless and desk area for productive waiting. More

I did not respect the service attitude from Joon to be specific just because I felt very pressured. I was the only one buying the car and I had my dad there for moral support. The whole time Joon focused on my dad not me, the one buying the car. I probably would have bought a extended warranty if I didnt feel so pressured. I told Jerry and Scott that I have been to this dealership before and I left right away because the sales men were annoying me and I knew WAY more than the guy did on my car I wanted. The other employees in finance were great! My dad has had a lot of past car buying experiences and he HATES going to dealerships. He came with me for moral support because he knew I would need it. When we left he said it was the best experience he has had. Which trust me... means A LOT. His only complaint was Joon. Sorry not to be so repetitive of the name, but it really bummed me out from the rest of the day, he made me feel like I was making a mistake buying the car and that theres going to be problems with it. I commented with a 4 on price because in the end I had to put more money down than I wanted to. Coming into the dealership I thought the listing price was for the 0% interest rate... Anyways it was great! Im already looking forward to my next new car. If I wasnt so comfortable there to start the day, I know I would not have left with a new car. More

Only problem I had on this service is a contiuing one. I ask for my serice sticker to be set at 5 thousand miles, and for the 2nd. time, I recieved one for 4 thousand miles. According to the owners manuel ask for my serice sticker to be set at 5 thousand miles, and for the 2nd. time, I recieved one for 4 thousand miles. According to the owners manuel it says service for my vehicle should be 7,500 miles, but on the recommendation of YOUR service department, I do it at 5 thousand miles... I have a choice where I service my vehicle!! I dont think its too much to ask to get my service sticker set for 5 thousand miles. Three strikes and its of to another dealership. More

Usually, I have exceptional service at this Chrysler service center BUT I came in for an oil change and had also gotten a recall notice by mail for the radiator cap issue. During this visit, the recall service center BUT I came in for an oil change and had also gotten a recall notice by mail for the radiator cap issue. During this visit, the recall was addressed, but the oil change was not. I had to make another appointment to come back for that. More
Service is fine. The summary they give you after you get your car back is very helpful, but the prices are ridiculous. They do match other dealers prices and in my case offered me a deal that was pretty go your car back is very helpful, but the prices are ridiculous. I won't be having more than an oil change done at those prices. More
