I bought my vehicle from Chapman because I wanted to buy American. My breaks needed repair and the price was $295. I thought that was high, but I had an internet coupon of 20% off for Military Vets. I agreed for the work to be done. I picked up my car on July 3rd. Rick informed me the coupon had expired on June 30, the day before I brought the car in. He said he was unable to accept it. He did not have the authority to override it. Well I am asking Chapman to override the 20%. I am a loyal customer, it was Independence week and we are talking one day. Times are tough and I could have taken the work elsewhere. I chose not to. You can see I am very happy with the workmanship and customer service. I want to continue to be a loyal customer. The most important item for me, a door rattle on the driver side every time I hit a bump, was misdiagnosed as my trailer ball rattling. This is simply not the case. Selling experience was pleasant enough, although sales personnel felt it necessary to mention how attractive one of the finance ladies was and women in Arizona in general. I'm sure it was just idle chit-chat to fill the awkward silences that are involved with test-driving a car and filling out paperwork, but I didn't feel like it was very professional or pertinent to an auto sale. Besides that, the experience was great. Car drove well, and John let me have the freedom to drive it around Scottsdale, and didn't instruct me when to turn back around. I am satisfied with my purchase, and would probably go back (I went through the Costco pricing program). The oil-change price you get if you return to the dealership for service sounded amazing ($10 anytime you return to the dealer for hyundai.. crazy eh?) John also called after my purchase to check and see if I had any questions and ensure I was satisfied with the vehicle. He was also able to email me the address of Hyundai finance company on a sunday (Very appreciated) so that I could add the vehicle to my auto insurance properly. More

Rick was very friendly and right on time when I came if for my appointment. Rick called me when my truck was done - that is a first... I am the one that normally calls - I liked that.
