Because I have maintained my cars at Chapman for years, we had our car towed there after an accident. Two months and many excuses later, we still don’t have the car. I was very disappointed with Jose and t we had our car towed there after an accident. Two months and many excuses later, we still don’t have the car. I was very disappointed with Jose and the collision center in general. I will no longer patronize this dealership. I am very concerned about the quality of the repairs. I don’t trust this business. I cannot say enough good things about Chapman Honda in Tucson. We have been a customer for 6 years and decided to purchase the car we leased. Do not come here if you are looking for a good deal on a vehicle. Get out your checkbook/loan for them. Terrible Customer Service from the Service Department!! Have a recall and made an appointment. Go in and am told 1 1/2 hours later that they do not have the part?? I don’t see how she received negative reviews? We told her we were not buying that day and we were just looking and wanted to compare a test drive of a vehicle with another truck. She gave us keys, pulled her we were not buying that day and we were just looking and wanted to compare a test drive of a vehicle with another truck. She gave us keys, pulled the truck around and said take your time. We parked it after the drive and told her it drove well but we had to leave to pick up our daughter. She gave us her card and said when we are ready please give her a call and nice meeting is. It was pleasant, professional and honest. More
