The customer service, workmanship, and general atmosphere is very positive. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership. I did ask to have a rattle checked out, and the Tech did not hear it. I had to leave my car on Friday night around closing time due to a mechanical problem with my car. Chapman Hyundai is very accomodating with there shuttle service which is a big reason why I go there because of the convenience aspect.
