Chapman Hyundai at 999 West Bell Road in Phoenix provided my new 2011 Hyundai Sonata great service. I had the oil changed etc. Jaime Heyns was the service consultant who took care of my car. She was able t my new 2011 Hyundai Sonata great service. I had the oil changed etc. Jaime Heyns was the service consultant who took care of my car. She was able to fix my fuel filler door which was not properly aligned. She had it fixed without having to replace the entire fuel filler door. I did not buy my Sonata at Chapman Hyundai in Phoenix...I bought it at another dealership. The dealership where I purchased my Sonata said that the fuel filler door had to be replaced and painted. They never got back with me....it has been way over 2 months. Chapman Hyundai (Jaime Heynes) said only a couple of screws needed adjustment to fix the fuel filler door. Great Service Jaime!!! What was the service department at the other place thinking ???? We'll never know. Thanks again Chapman Hyundai of Phoenix at 999 West Bell Road for your courteous, prompt and efficient service. I really wish I purchased my Sonata at your dealership instead of "Brand X." More

I had previously worked with Wally Bryner when I got my Genesis. I was very pleased with that experience so I asked for him when I was in the market for another car. He worked very hard to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted. But at the same time I did not feel pressured or rushed. This is quite an accomplishment since most dealings with car salesman are almost always dreadful. Patricia was great to work with. Lots of energy and good at explaining all the options. She has a great personality and made the boring paperwork part go quickly and pleasantly. The managers in the sales office that work the deals were quick to give an answer and very fair. They did not keep me waiting endlessly to wear me down as I have had done in other dealers. More

Everything went great. I brought the car in for an alignment since it had four new tires. I also was overdue for a serive of oil change. Jaime was very friendly and prompt even though I was late. Jaime, as always was cheerful and not pushy while explining all that she felt my vehicle needed. She's very professional. I was glad to have her as my agent again as this is always her way! The waiting room is always comfortable and bathrooms convenient. My Tucson was washed and vacuumed as always and runs like my baby should again. There was an extremely cranky woman whom Jaime was also dealing with. No matter what Jaime said to help her to understand the needs of her vehicle she yelled. Jaime was very calm and professional throughout the woman's tirade. I was greatly impressed. There is another dealership closer to where I live but I will always come back to your dealership!! More
