Everything was very straight forward and professional and this dealership I think is the best in AZ. Everything was smooth and even the financing was a breeze. I have dealt with terrible dealerships before, ahem Midway Chevy, and this was actually THE best car purchasing experience I have ever been through, which is something since I have purchased 2-3 cars in the last 7 years. As soon as I came to the parking lot, it didn't seem like sharks circling a prey, I just walked in and saw Bill, and he greeted me as soon as I walked in and immediately helped me. Went on a test drive before my girlfriend got there, and he even let us do a second test drive so she could test it out as well. Beyond the experience the car itself is AMAZING, the Sonata Sport 2.0 Turbo. It is legitimately the nicest car that I have ever rode in, and the smoothest and quietest car as well. The reason I got the turbo is because in my last car accident, that would have been the difference between us getting rear ended or not, so this is a very needed safety feature in my opinion. In any case, looking forward to seeing Bill for my first service and others to come, and I will refer as many people as I can to this location! Please get Bill proper business cards if he doesn't have any at this time, I'm sure he does but when I interacted with him, he was new at this location. More

TERRIBLE. I came here to buy my first car and because it was chapman dealership I thought I would have a good experience, but no. This dealership is terrible. Michael was the only one who was somewhat helpful and nice, but Once he sold me the car and I was moved to financing with JP. Things went downhill. I hated every experience after that.
