Mike Cialdella answered the phone and I'm glad he did, I couldn't have asked for a better salesman to assist me. He answered all of my questions over the phone, emailed me pictures of the car from his cell phone and we handled all of my details in a professional manner as we joked around in the mix as well. I originally planned on going down to Phoenix to purchase the vehicle but Mike went above and beyond and offered to drive it up here to Cottonwood himself!!! Make made it up with no problems, took care of all of the paperwork work with me in the comfort of my own home and went over the entire vehicle with me as I am a bit older and its hard for me to understand the new technology in these cars. This was the best experience I have ever had in all of my years of car buying and will be referring anyone I know to Mike to pass on the 5 star service he gave me to others.
