Douglas Brown welcomed us as we entered the dealership, listened to our requirement and seated us to his office. He brought out a car of our choice for a test run and got us the numbers. Later he offered us another option which was better than what we had gone for and we ended up buying what fits our requirements.
We bought Hyundai Elantra 2020 with options of our choice.
It was a very warm feeling at the dealership and Douglas got us water and refreshments.
Later we drove our New Car to home.

"Good but with issues"
I purchased a new 2019 Genesis G80 Sport which they got from another dealer. The deal with Carl over the phone was quick and easy. When we went to pick up the car on 12-2-19, we found issues with the paint. The GM said they would take care of it and provide us a loaner since we are in Tucson. A few days later they delivered the car to us but there were paint and chip spots they missed. Shawn who took over from Carl due to illness had to return to Scottsdale with our car. Finally, today we received our car with all issues resolved. 9 days of waiting and 4 1/2 hrs of negotiation and paperwork on a "supposed" deal has soured my experience some. The vehicle should have been gone over thoroughly when obtained from the other dealer and definitely tell before we came to purchase. Chapman Hyundai did what was needed to resolve the issues but the whole process could have been easier.
