I am staying in Scottsdale for a couple weeks house sitting for a friend. My driver's visor broke and in Arizona I need to have it! I called and spoke to Dan in service. At the time it was 1:00 and I didn't think I'd get it fixed that day. I was there at 3 and was treated courtesly and showed to the customer lounge. Dan said it would be 45 minuted to 1 hour, and true to his word it took 55 minutes which was totally acceptable to me. I live in Surprise and deal with the Avondale dealership and they have had such a tumultous past I dread having to go to them cause I think they are hurting for money. They are always pushing me for expensive repairs! Dan only asked if I needed any other service and did not come in in 20 minutes or so with a long list of what "needed" to be done. Joe is excellent at reviewing all the work that needs to be done and explaining it to me, and goes the extra mile to make sure I have the best experience possible. I always know exactly what to expect because Joe keeps me apprised of anything that may need to be done to my vehicle. I feel safe driving my car because I know it is checked out thoroughly whenever I bring it in for service, and that makes me feel comfortable and confident about my vehicle's safety! This is definitely the best experience I have had with a dealership and I appreciate it enormously! I was counciled about service needed, some of which I could not have done at this time so only had the oil changed. I got the car back sooner than anticipated considering the number of cars in the servi could not have done at this time so only had the oil changed. this was my first visit, just to do the oil change on my new hyundai elantra touring. I had a great experience, and appreciate the fine service. I COULD NOT PICK UP MY VAN THE DAY IT WAS FINISHED BEING WORKED ON. THE SERVICE AREA HAD ALREADY CLOSED WHEN MY HUSBAND GOT OFF WORK TO TAKE ME TO PICK UP MY VAN. I WENT THE NEXT DAY TO PICK IT UP. AFTER WORKED ON. THE SERVICE AREA HAD ALREADY CLOSED WHEN MY HUSBAND GOT OFF WORK TO TAKE ME TO PICK UP MY VAN. I WENT THE NEXT DAY TO PICK IT UP. AFTER I PAID THE BILL, I WAS HANDED THE KEYS AND TOLD THAT MY VAN WAS IN THE LOT TO THE RIGHT. THE THREE (3) PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS WERE TOLD THAT THEIR CAR HAS BEEN WASHED AND THE CAR WOULD BE PULLED AROUND AND THE AIR WOULD BE STARTED SO IT WOULD NOT BE SO HOT INSIDE THE CARS. MY VAN WAS NEITHER WASHED OR BROUGHT TO ME. I HAD TO FIND IT MYSELF AND YES IT WAS HOTTER THAN BLUE BLAZES INSIDE. I FELT LIKE CHOPPED LIVER. AM I NOT AS GOOD AS THE OTHER PEOPLE WHO BROUGHT THEIR CAR IN FOR SERVICE? I PAID MY BILL JUST LIKE THEM AND DID NOT ARGUE OR ANYTHING. JUST DID'T SEEM RIGHT. ANOTHER THING I'M 65 YEARS OLD AND HAVE TROUBLE WITH MY LEGS AND CAN'T WALK FOR ANY DISTANCE. My first oil change on my 2011 Sonata. Also had an elusive rattle which they found and fixed. Joe was very professional and friendly. No wait. Car ready when promised.
