I COULD NOT PICK UP MY VAN THE DAY IT WAS FINISHED BEING WORKED ON. THE SERVICE AREA HAD ALREADY CLOSED WHEN MY HUSBAND GOT OFF WORK TO TAKE ME TO PICK UP MY VAN. I WENT THE NEXT DAY TO PICK IT UP. AFTER WORKED ON. THE SERVICE AREA HAD ALREADY CLOSED WHEN MY HUSBAND GOT OFF WORK TO TAKE ME TO PICK UP MY VAN. I WENT THE NEXT DAY TO PICK IT UP. AFTER I PAID THE BILL, I WAS HANDED THE KEYS AND TOLD THAT MY VAN WAS IN THE LOT TO THE RIGHT. THE THREE (3) PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS WERE TOLD THAT THEIR CAR HAS BEEN WASHED AND THE CAR WOULD BE PULLED AROUND AND THE AIR WOULD BE STARTED SO IT WOULD NOT BE SO HOT INSIDE THE CARS. MY VAN WAS NEITHER WASHED OR BROUGHT TO ME. I HAD TO FIND IT MYSELF AND YES IT WAS HOTTER THAN BLUE BLAZES INSIDE. I FELT LIKE CHOPPED LIVER. AM I NOT AS GOOD AS THE OTHER PEOPLE WHO BROUGHT THEIR CAR IN FOR SERVICE? I PAID MY BILL JUST LIKE THEM AND DID NOT ARGUE OR ANYTHING. JUST DID'T SEEM RIGHT. ANOTHER THING I'M 65 YEARS OLD AND HAVE TROUBLE WITH MY LEGS AND CAN'T WALK FOR ANY DISTANCE. SORRY FOR THE COMPLAINT, BUT I WAS UPSET WHEN I LEFT THE DEALER SHIP AND WANTED TO LET SOMEONE KNOW JUST HOW I FELT. ALL THE OTHER TIMES I VISITED YOUR DEALERSHIP WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. Ross Bright did an outstanding job of helping me set up my appointment when I stopped by the dealership the week before for service to my 2010 Sonata. This was my first visit to Chapman as I had purchased and serviced my Sonata when I was living in Tucson. Even though it is further from my home, I have been treated very well and have been given coupons and discounts on service. This is really important as I know that maintenance is necessary to avoid costly repairs later on. I have been taken advantage of and ripped off by another dealer who not only didn't repair my car,but charged way too much money after finding another problem which turned out to be a lie. I will continue to have my cars serviced at your dealership as long as your customer service remains like it is. Very friendly, both Ross and Joe and they are honest and don't try to sell you something that you don't need. More

I recently received a card in the mail for $10 oil change. I was blown away by the price and excited to take them up on the offer. When I came in, not only was my oil changed, but my car washed as well....WOW! THAT IS GOING THE EXTRA MILE! I took my car in because it was sputtering. It was early afternoon on a Friday. I discussed the problem with Joe in the service department and he told me that it would probably be Monday before I would get afternoon on a Friday. I discussed the problem with Joe in the service department and he told me that it would probably be Monday before I would get it back because it was late on Friday and on Saturday he only had one technician working but he would try his best. So I expected to spend the weekend without my car. But happily, on Saturday morning I received a call from Joe that my car was already done. I was very glad. More

Very courteous staff. Hyundai cars have proven quality as we have experienced them. We own two Hyundais now and we liked the sales personnel at this office as well as the service manager's orientation lec as we have experienced them.
