New car buying experience My car was totaled and I was forced to buy a new one - a process I had always hated due to the hard sell of the dealers. Wow, what a surprise Chapman My car was totaled and I was forced to buy a new one - a process I had always hated due to the hard sell of the dealers. Wow, what a surprise Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale was. I was contacted by Susan Renfrow and discussed in detail with her what I wanted. She was personable and professional without being overbearing. She found exactly what I wanted and gave me a smoking deal. When my husband & I came in to the dealership to sign the paperwork we fully expected to spend hours signing all the documents. Once again we were surprised. Nick Aliakbar, the finance manager was quick & thorough and we were in & out in less than 30 minutes. All in all, a wonderful buying experience.
