My wife and I were in the market for a new Hyundai Tucson in a hard to find co Hands down one of the best dealership experiences that I have ever had! My wife and I were in the market for a new Hyundai Tucson in a hard to find color. Chapman Hyundai had what we wanted but we live up in Las Vegas (about a 4-5 hour drive). I started working the deal with USAA car buying service and contacted their internet sales representative. We were able to agree on the price and even a bit extra on my trade-in (sight unseen)...thanks to Scott Ogdie (their sales manage). As I drove down there to buy my new Tucson, I kept thinking that once I arrived they were going try and low-ball me on my trade-in once they actually did an appraisal. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by my sales adviser, Steven O'Brien and the deal went through just as discussed over the phone and e-mail. Steven took me through the whole vehicle and let me test drive and just made me feel at home during the entire experience. I also want to thank Scott Ogdie (their sales manager) for helping get such a great deal and Brad Kreiss (finance manager) for making the paperwork process so easy. If you are on the market for a Hyundai...this place is worth the drive. It is hard to find a dealer like this, that is no pressure, no frills, and does what they say.
