I talked to him on the phone, told him what I wanted, and he had the car ready for me when I got there with the amount we discussed. I met with Mark Zemeckis in finance and he was also efficient and friendly. My experience with Chapman Scottsdale was hands down the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. This was my best experience purchasing a vehicle, hands down, and I have bought quite a few. I started my experience online with John Leidigh and from the beginning he offered me a very fair quote on the Sonata Sport that I was looking for, and was very upfront letting me know he wasn't going to pad the quote with rebates I didn't qualify for like all of the other dealers I communicated with definitely were. John, and his General Manager worked with me to get the car I wanted with the features I wanted at a very fair price. Then I have to admit I was intimidated to sit down with the finance manager because this is always the part of the car buying experience that frustrates me but from the minute Mark Zemeckis introduced himself to me, he made me feel very comfortable and made the financing a breeze. He let me know my options, made sure I was informed and made it a very simple process. I can't not mention Lisa Baca who walked me through all of my car's options made me comfortable with all of the tech options that were new to me and was very nice!
