Everyone was friendly and helpful and made it the most easy flowing purchase experience I have had. Very knowledgeable employees made the process flow and was very clear in their explanations of all the contracts etc. Susan Renfrow even picked me up from my home the day of purchase then I was introduced to David Williams who patiently walked me through all the functions of my new SUV. Gotta fit into the car Great dealership and car. Bought the car sight unseen as the dealer was 100 miles away. Sales person Susan found the car I was looking for at another Great dealership and car. Held the car with a credit card and picked up a week later as I was going to a softball tourney that week. Car was spit shinned and ready on arrival. Susan showed me the creature features after I determined that I could fit into the driver's seat (long legs). Deal was as described on phone and received an additional $750 to finance even though I was to pay cash. So, split the difference. They actually let us take the car with that unpaid balance, who knew. Susan showed all the interior workings and then called a few days later to insure that I understood all the features. I had forgotten a few and she walked me through the process.Great car and dealership. Be wary they have a stacked dealership fee of about 300 dollars they slide into the deal and did not budge. More
