Thank you Clarence.worrell3 for sharing your perspective. We work diligently to address all customer concerns in a fair & straightforward fashion. When you reached out to Chris Montana you’d already contracted with a repair facility in Pahrump to address your concerns. Mr. Montana agreed to pay them $600 towards the repair they deemed would correct your concern. Apparently the items they addressed weren’t evident at the time of purchase. Since you are out of Las Vegas, we were happy to work with a company of your choosing but we can’t be responsible for the quality of work they perform. If you would like to bring the vehicle to Chapman we will be happy to work on the vehicle & we will stand behind any work we perform. As you know, even though the Jeep is a 2011 with 100K+ miles, you do have an extended warranty through MOPAR that will address most issues. While we recognize that Pahrump is an hour away, we would be in a much better position to assist you at our shop then at a shop we don’t have a relationship with. Our AGM, Scott Stephens will be in touch with you to assist & get things resolved. Sincerely, Don Hamrick, GM
