I Made an appointment for oil change. I showed up 30 minutes early. So that 30 minutes is on me. at the 3 hour mark I was told "just another 20 minutes" I sat there 4 HOURS for an oil I showed up 30 minutes early. So that 30 minutes is on me. at the 3 hour mark I was told "just another 20 minutes" I sat there 4 HOURS for an oil change that typically takes 30 minutes. I also specifically asked for a certain type and brand of oil. Did they do that? No, they put a completely different brand and type of oil and didn't bother to even mention it. I only found that out by sticking my head inside the shop to see what was happening. Never again. bad idea. I am having to resubmit this review after editing. More
