I took my truck to Chapman Dodge in Las Vegas and my service advisor Russell assigned a technician to the job. The problem was diagnosed properly and parts have been ordered. It's just a matter of getting my new part installed. Over all I'm satisfied with the experience at this dealership, Russell kept me informed and my truck was returned to me as clean as when I turned it in for diagnostics. Great experience! I took my '16 Ram truck in last Friday for some recall work. The only issue I had, which is minor to me but worth noting, is that one of my passenger doors had not been closed all the way when I picked it up. Stranded in Las Vegas Roy was great! Driving from LA to Las Vegas last Friday, got to the rest area before Baker and battery light came on. Just had a new battery put in Roy was great! Driving from LA to Las Vegas last Friday, got to the rest area before Baker and battery light came on. Just had a new battery put in the day before in CA. Stopped in Baker and mechanic said the battery was still charging and I could try to make it to Las Vegas. Arrived late Friday and took the car to Chapman at 10 Saturday morning. I expected nothing to happen until Monday, the day I was suppose to head home. Roy worked miracles, he knew there was a time crunch. He got a rental car and said depending whether it was the alternator or something else, probably would not be able to have answers till Monday. At 2:00 Saturday afternoon, I got a phone call that the car was all set and to come pick it up. I was shocked, did not expect that at all, especially since the person I was with, was less than hospitable when Roy said it may be Monday before the car could be ready. Roy was very professional and came through for me. Thank you so much! More
