They handled my situation with great care and transparency. I really appreciated their efforts and am loving my new car! Buyer Beware: This dealership failed to honor the agreed-upon price that was given twice in writing, once to me via text and another to my email through an online inquiry. Upon arrival, with cash to purchase, the price was off and I didn't feel that the dealership was transparent with me upfront. Fees are understandable within reason, but I draw the line where I feel like I am being taken advantage of. Specifically, new tires installed on the car after the price conversation and prior to my arrival at the dealership with cash in hand based on agreed-upon price. I am posting this to prevent others from experiencing similar issues. Honesty is the best policy and I didn't feel like the staff I met with that day or had been speaking to up to a week prior were behaving honestly. More

Chapman was the 3rd Mazda dealer I am so grateful for how Chapman Mazda was able to help me. I had been researching my purchase for a CX-5 for months. Chapman was the 3rd Mazda dealership I had dealt with. The first dealership I felt was very disrespectful to me. The 2nd dropped the ball at the very last minute... After leaving there in near tears, I decided to call Chapman and see if they had the car I had set my heart on. Fortunately Bill Lohmeyer answered my call and quickly acted to help me with my situation. They had 1 model of the exact car I wanted. He reached out to the sales manager Paul. I was able to send my information over. Bill had the car ready by the time I arrived. The sale was very straight forward and Professionally handled. He’s friendly, honest and takes time to make you feel like family. He became an instant friend and we’ll forever be grateful for the time he took to help us get into a new vehicle. Please pass the word along not to purchase from Chapman Mazda dealership. This is ridiculous. Aside from not doing a decent detail job before signing it over and not giving us anywhere near a full tank of gas (it was on empty) the below aftermath has left us infuriated and is still not resolved. A MONTH HAS GONE BY AND OUR TRADE IN LOAN HAS STILL NOT BEEN PAID OFF, AND WE HAVE RECEIVED DISRESPECTFUL RUNAROUND FROM ALL EMPLOYEES CONTACTED. THE LATE PAYMENT HIT OUR CREDIT REPORT AND WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THE PAYOFF SO WE CAN CALL ALL THREE CREDIT BUREAUS TO RESOLVE OUR CREDIT SCORE POINTS DECLINING, AS WELL AS CREATING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. MY HUSBAND AND I BOTH RECEIVED CALLS FROM THE DEALERSHIP TRYING TO SELL US THE CAR WE TRADED IN AND THE CAR WE ALREADY PURCHASED. WE HAVE 4 MAZDA PURCHASES IN THE FAMILY AND HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE BEFORE THIS DEALERSHIP. WILL NEVER BUY FROM CHAPMAN AGAIN!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! More
