When we initially arrived, the vehicle was not on the lot, as it had been taken home as a demo car for a member of upper management. He actually met us off site, on a Saturday so we could test drive the car. When we arrived with our trade, Bill was great about explaining everything throughout the process, and the sales team was good about negotiating the deal. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with everyone we met. When we were getting ready to leave, the lot attendant Scott assisted us in getting the remote start working (there was a door open... whoops!) Overall, great experience, and I would recommend anyone going there for their next car. More
