Bought a certified pre-owned 2020 Ford Escape from Jones Ford, Camp Verde, AZ and it has been a nightmare. The vehicle sat for 7 months in the AZ heat waiting on a transmission and the replacement was de Ford, Camp Verde, AZ and it has been a nightmare. The vehicle sat for 7 months in the AZ heat waiting on a transmission and the replacement was defective. Since then it’s been back in the shop with ongoing issues Ford can’t fix. I’ve contacted the General Manager and Ford Corporate with no resolution. Instead they have suggested to trade in vehicle and take a financial loss. Since I’ve purchased the vehicle I can’t take vehicle out of town or out of state due to it not being a reliable vehicle that I purchased in good-faith. Very disappointed with Ford dealership and Corporate. Not one persons has taken the time to call and resolve my issues. I would not trust there “certified” vehicles based on my experience. Ford does not care about customers only making money. More
