WAGE INCREASE - These folks deserve one! I don't like writing reviews and I despise car shopping! So...here we go. After receiving an airbag recall notice for my current Mazda and putting it off for quite awhile, I decided it was time. Scheduled the appointment, was contacted by Jennifer the day prior. Vehicle to be inspected...involves rental car (Mazda expense btw)... Long story short, arrived early Sat. morn. and while I waited.....I fell in love with Mazda all over again. Began talking to the first salesman I saw who didn't pay much attention to me strolling around in the dealership. Bonus! (I despise pushy car salespeople,nothing personal) I actually initiated the conversation with Bill L. and the rest is history. Took a new Mazda for a spin and love, love, love the acceleration. Go Speedracer! Bill was so cool about my style of driving...(foot in the gas)...and my style of music....(if it's too loud, you're too old!) Bill LISTENED to what I had to say. Being the very independent woman that I am, gentlemen like Bill L. are truly an asset to the car buying experience. This is still very IMPORTANT to many people, especially females. He was genuine, professional, and most of all, respectful. I told him exactly what I could/couldn't afford and he went above and beyone to ensure I recieved the best deal possible. I appreciate that!
