To Iris and Mandee: I’m sorry to hear about your unfortunate review. David will be in touch with you to see what we can do to address your concerns; even if that means that you return your vehicle for a full refund. We never want a customer to feel like they were forced into an unwanted agreement. I looked at your purchase and can assure you that you received a great deal; you are good negotiators. I do feel that some of your many requests in the process contributed to some confusion. I have no idea what relevance the NADA value would have in your paperwork or deal, because it has nothing to do with what we need to sell a vehicle for. But I would welcome an explanation, so I can understand what you mean by that comment. Chapman has been in business since 1966, and our goal is to have happy customers. However, there are certainly times when we are not always on the same page, but we never intentionally try to mislead anyone. David, Kim, and Jose are all very professional with a lot of happy customer experiences behind them. But they feel all parties involved in this deal, including both of you, could have maybe been more transparent. I see you signed a final disclosure that appears to me to be very clear. David feels like there may have been confusion between you and him because we quoted you several different scenarios as you requested. One of the reasons we have a business manager, in this case it was Jose, go over all agreements and disclosures before our customers leave is to clarify what is included and what is not and to make sure we are all on the same page.
