They didnt try and upsell anything by being dramatic. Because of that, i Took my 2010 Mazda 5 in for service @ 60k miles. Staff was as friendly and professional as usual. A lot of things had tobe done to my car (brakes, plugs, tranny and cooling service, suspension) that was coming from the cold (PA), so I ended up with a pretty hefty quote, over $1300. Crew totally worked with us with differing anything that could be done later safely, and provided great coupons. In the end, they went as far as taking a suspension claim under warranty, in spite of the car being out of it by about 5k miles! Our final bill came in over 500 bucks under initial bill. Josh walked me through everything thathadbeen done upon pick up. Then, About to pay, I'm asking the cashier to add the large cold monster energy drink I just picked up in the waiting area and it was free! Great job guys! I'll be back! More

While spending hours apon hours searching for the right car Chapman Mazda hit it right on the mark. A beautiful 08 Red Speed3 . With in calling the dealership Jordan answered and give me all the answers about the car I was looking for with out being the typical salesman and useing the excuse " just come in and see it" . I agreeded to come see the car. As arriving at the dealership Jordan had the car front and center with everything show ready. Jordan And Mike T. were very laid back and didn't push us into anything. JP did everything in his power to help me get approved for the car of my dreams. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and they make sure customers are completely happy on their purchases. I did hit a rough patch due to a lousey detail and no gas in my new car but Gary was very understanding and make sure it was done right and that I was satisfied before leaving a second time. Chapman strives for best in customer service and that's what you will get there. Ask for Jordan he's hassle free and very understanding. More

I was sent a card a couple or years ago stating that I was guaranteed 9.99$ oil changes for as long as I owned my car. I am in today for an oil change and to my surprise they are now stating they won't be letting me continue the oil changes at that price. They said that it is only meant for those who perform their maintenance at their dealership. I have not had any maintenance done yet on my car and actually need to have a part replaced. I was planning on asking for a competitive bid today but after the way they went back on their word I will not let them touch my car. On their web site they advertise a 30 minute oil change. I made an appointment and they told me it was going to take an hour and a half! That is a ridiculous amount of time for an oil change. I won't be coming back. More
Chapman Mazda is not the dealership from which I purchased my Mazda 6 years ago, but it is closer to my house than my original dealer, so several months ago I thought I'd give this Mazda dealer a tr purchased my Mazda 6 years ago, but it is closer to my house than my original dealer, so several months ago I thought I'd give this Mazda dealer a try. The waiting area, although small, is clean and has a telvision and 4 or 5 chairs. For scheduled mileage maintenance, my vehicle had an oil change and new oil filter, new air filter, and a can of fuel injector cleaner poured in the gas tank, all for quite a high price. The Mazda Full Circle Service Report was also performed, as listed on my invoice (standard at Mazda dealerships), but the report card was never given to me. Needless to say, I will not return to this dealership. More

I arrived at Chapman a bit wary of the upcoming car purchasing experience. However, my skepticism and worry were almost immediately cleared by the friendly but very real Roxanne. Everyone was great! I also loved the fact that I was lend a loaner car while my car was being worked on! And that my car was wash & cleaned! :) I have used other Mazda dealership & those services were not pr a loaner car while my car was being worked on! I had a routine oil change with a tire rotation. I was able to call and get the time slot that I needed as well. My service guy came in and informed me that they had found a nail in my tire and was fixin able to call and get the time slot that I needed as well. My service guy came in and informed me that they had found a nail in my tire and was fixing it (for free). Free is something that most people don't ever think they could get from a dealership! I have told several co-workers and one is looking into purchasing a Mazda from the dealership now. More
