I have just purchased a 2010 Toyota 4 Runner from Charles Toyota in Norwich. I just want to say that it was the most pleasant experience that I ever had at a dealership. My salesperson Michael Collins was ho Toyota in Norwich. I just want to say that it was the most pleasant experience that I ever had at a dealership. My salesperson Michael Collins was honest and up front from the beginning. When it came to financing my vehicle, Tommy Couture worked so hard with several financial institutions to get me the deal I wanted, and could afford. They gave me more than I imagined for my trade-in and showed me the paperwork.....Other dealerships wouldn't do that and try to "hide" the numbers. I recommend Charles Toyota to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. Thank you again Charles Toyota!!!!! More

I always bring my car to Charles...I have been a customer for many years. I have been a bit disappointed the last couple of times. This visit,I had to come back 2 days later because there was a piece of und for many years. I have been a bit disappointed the last couple of times. This visit,I had to come back 2 days later because there was a piece of undercarrige that was not properly re-attached and it was dangling. It meant I had to loose time and then wondered what else didn't get done right. The guys at the desk are alway good and try to accomodate me. I went first thing in the morning and I waited for about 45 minutes for the repair to be made. It is always better to do it right the first time! More

I traded in a 1995 Toyota Tacoma for a 2008 Toyota Tacoma and am more than satisfied with my new/used pick up tru representative for Charles Toyota. We received a good price on our 03 Windstar. We also were able to secure a free 60 day 3k mile warranty and a 4 year extended waranty also at a good price.
