Dishonest Dealer Terrible experience. Never expected a perfect used car, but I was told to call the owner if anything went wrong with my car. I had the car a week an Terrible experience. I called to have CAS look at it and was told "Gee sorry you have had so many problems buy my mechanic quit." Take it to the "subby doctors". When I reminded him that he told me to call him if I had problems- he told me to stop harassing him. Stay away he is dishonest and will rip you off. More

no pressure sales, low (realistic) prices, high integrity Was looking at this place since 3-4 years ago when was looking for Subaru for my daughter (then ended buying it from private party). This time they had a few great candidates to look at. Re-read other people reviews - all turned to be true with my experience: no pressure sales, low (realistic) prices, high integrity. They had great selection. I ended up getting Forester not listed on the site yet. Jim was great through entire process! But then more... Drove away - check engine light came on. Called Jim in panic - he said bring it back (remember I paid and drove away - purchased as is, no warranty). Code was for cath. converter. He said no problem - we will replace it. What a great place and folks! Recommend! PS Below in this review it is asking "Were you left alone for more than five minutes at any point during your buying process?" Well Jim was there when I needed him and he let us be otherwise - great no pressure buying! More

No Response Bought a Forester from Jim with the condition that he replace a headlight containing water. He did, but a month later, the headlight was filled with water again. Contacted Jim to ask if this "brand new" headlight was under warranty. Got totally blown off. Yea, one headlight is not a huge deal, but to buy the car with this one stipulation and have it go bad a month later, then get blown off just doesn't leave me with a good feeling. More
