It is in excellent condition and I paid a fair price for it. When I picked up the car I mentioned that I wanted to buy some all weather mats for it and he said....."wait, I think I have some of those". He went into the garage and came back with 4 and put them in for me. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking to buy a quality used subaru. More

My trust was taken advantage of and when I got home and really inspected the car the list of problems was lengthy. -Unreported accident -cruise control broken -no spare tire -radio not attached -trunk lever didnt catch -alarm system malfunctioning -check engine light is now on and cruise control is blinking -front bumper poorly painted and poorly attached -no electricity to cigarette lighter port Refused to help fix any of it and is now offering to buy the car back. Not to be trusted. More

He's pleasant, informative, knowledgeable and accommodating. The place is definitely no frills, which helps keep the prices very reasonable. There is a nice selection of cars to choose from (mostly Subarus), jam packed into a warehouse. Luckily, we found one right near the front, but he surely would have moved cars around so we could check out some others. I can't speak highly enough of Jim, or recommend this place strongly enough! It's truly a hidden gem that's worth the effort to seek out. More

Jim worked with me and was patient! Jim was very friendly, understanding, and not pushy! He worked with my budget and when I found a great 2010 Suby with 85K, I was sold. I took it to AA Jim was very friendly, understanding, and not pushy! He worked with my budget and when I found a great 2010 Suby with 85K, I was sold. I took it to AAA & Suby Docs to make sure everything checked out. They did confirm my worry about internal engine noise once I took the car home. Subs have louder engines, but I needed to get this noise looked at. I was very worried when the told me about engine noise, but Jim worked with me to correct this issue in a very timely manner. I feel I got a good deal on a Suby and if you hate the pushy big dealerships that try and wheel & deal you, then I encourage you to see Jim at Charleston Auto Sales. He never missed any calls or texts when I tried to contact him and was really understanding. He will work with you and is laid back!! I think more people need to understand that when you are buying a USED vehicle (especially one with higher mileage) you will have to take some repairs into consideration. Overall, my worries have subsided and I feel good. Thanks! More
