Continued disappointment! I bought a 2019 Chevy Colorado ZR2 from them little over a month ago now. Less than 30 days the check engine light came on and needed fuel rails repl I bought a 2019 Chevy Colorado ZR2 from them little over a month ago now. Less than 30 days the check engine light came on and needed fuel rails replaced. Within two days of repairs it is now leaking fuel and must be taken back in. Also to those veterans seeing the service flags out front, they gave no recognition or offers. Will be looking for another dealer to take personal and business purchases elsewhere unless something drastically changes. More

Customer Service Manager suggested that I bring my Enclave in for a paint job since it was under warranty. I took it in and he was very rude about the process said he never seen my vehicle and did no Enclave in for a paint job since it was under warranty. I took it in and he was very rude about the process said he never seen my vehicle and did not suggest that. Told me to file it on my insurance and hung the phone up in my face. I would not have made that trip back across the mountain if I wasn't told to bring it back. I will not take my vehicle back there regardless of what it needs. The service stinks and especially for a manager to act that way I can only imagine how his team performs with a leader like that. More
