I got a call saying my score was too low and even with a co signer, they were not interested in my trade at all of which they never even saw. I would never reccomend Charlie Obaugh to anyone. More
AMAZING SALE!! This place is amazing! Everyone dropped what they were doing in order to help me. They got the ball moving so I wouldn't have to be there all day and This place is amazing! They beat out all the competitors. Customer service was their key to everything. They offered to take me anywhere I wanted to go so I didn't have to wait at the dealership! Horrible Customer Service I turned my truck in for repairs with the service department here. My truck was under warranty at the time. After they looked at it, for 5 days, they I turned my truck in for repairs with the service department here. My truck was under warranty at the time. After they looked at it, for 5 days, they continued to avoid to provide me a estimate to fax to my warranty company. On the 5th day, it was obvious they were not going to fix my truck. The service writer himself, would not even look up from his desk to acknowledge me. On my way home, a belt snapped on my truck thus causing brakes and power steering to go out. I immediately called the GMC manager, Brad Hull. He thought it was funny because I owned a Dodge Ram. I asked him if the thought a negative review would be funny and he said he didn't care. I could have been involved in a serious auto accident or even killed. I spoke to Charlie Obaugh himself about this issue and he told me that his service department let him know they knew my auto warranty company and that they wouldn't pay, being the reason they never sent them an estimate. I showed him a repair bill of more tan $10,000 paid out by my warranty company to another repair shop and he just walked away. STAY AWAY PEOPLE!!!! If Service doesn't care and the OBAUGH's don't care, noone at Charlie Obaugh will! More
Very bad customer service I took my car to get it fixed. I noticed something was wrong with it. I had to wait for them to decide who was going to help me. Then decided to drop I took my car to get it fixed. I noticed something was wrong with it. I had to wait for them to decide who was going to help me. Then decided to drop it off. After a few hours I called back to see what was wrong with it and how much it would be.They kept hanging up on me and after the second day I just told them I'll be up there. I came up there they had to get somebody and they acted like I knew what was wrong with it. They finally told me and said it would be 3 days. I don't plan on taking it back there again. Everyone seems like they don't want to be here that works here. More

W showed up for our fuel rebate on our 2013 Kia sorrento. We were then sent to the service dept. across the street which was closed...went back to sales area and was told sorry we can't help you. I was involved in an accident and destroyed my vehicle while visiting from out of state. I stopped into the dealership intending only to waste time, kick tires, and to look at the Kia models, specificall while visiting from out of state. I stopped into the dealership intending only to waste time, kick tires, and to look at the Kia models, specifically the Sportage, but NOT intending to purchase anything. The young sales person was VERY good at answering my questions, and giving me specific details about each vehicle I inquired about, without having to refer to notes or window stickers. I made the decision to "see what happens" with financing, as I figured I would be unable to find financing. I was told that I was approved, for the exact vehicle I wanted, with every option I wanted, and none of the options that I didn't. The dealership made the purchasing process relatively simple and easy, and that same day, I left with my new vehicle. I only wish the dealerships in my area had such quality customer service, and simple buying processes. More
