I was involved in an accident and destroyed my vehicle while visiting from out of state. I stopped into the dealership intending only to waste time, kick tires, and to look at the Kia models, specificall while visiting from out of state. I stopped into the dealership intending only to waste time, kick tires, and to look at the Kia models, specifically the Sportage, but NOT intending to purchase anything. The young sales person was VERY good at answering my questions, and giving me specific details about each vehicle I inquired about, without having to refer to notes or window stickers. I made the decision to "see what happens" with financing, as I figured I would be unable to find financing. I was told that I was approved, for the exact vehicle I wanted, with every option I wanted, and none of the options that I didn't. The dealership made the purchasing process relatively simple and easy, and that same day, I left with my new vehicle. I only wish the dealerships in my area had such quality customer service, and simple buying processes. More
