In response to your "scam" comment, the only thing that I see that was done (or not done) improperly, is that your CV boot was not changed as promised. Apologies for that. As far as everything else that you stated? Of course you can do the work yourself if you choose. The only difference is that, when the work is performed in a Certified GM Shop, GM Parts are used, and trained GM technicians install them. In addition, we guarantee all of our work with a 12 month/12000 mile parts and labor provision, which means if any part or parts installed on your vehicle fail, then we will replace them at no cost to you. We value our inspection license, so my technicians will NEVER write an inspection sticker after giving a vehicle only a cursory glance, as most independent shop may. In today's world, you only get what you pay for. That's why I assure 100% quality work that simply can't be done by an independent shop or a non-certified GM technician.
