Leasing another vehicle with Charlie's This is our second time leasing a vehicle through Charlie's and our second Jeep Cherokee. We were very set on certain features in the new Jeep that we This is our second time leasing a vehicle through Charlie's and our second Jeep Cherokee. We were very set on certain features in the new Jeep that we had in older one. There was not one on the lot that had those features. Our salesman Brian went through other lots to find the one we wanted. We are very happy with the new Jeep and will continue to go to Charlie's Jeep for our vehicles. More

Worst kind of customer service! Went to purchase a vehicle. Explained my current situation of already in a high apr loan on a vehicle and owed more than its worth but they said they Went to purchase a vehicle. Explained my current situation of already in a high apr loan on a vehicle and owed more than its worth but they said they would cover that loss with rebates and employee discount. They said they would contact us next day and never heard back from them. To me, that is the worst kind of customer service!! Even if they couldn't help, I can respect a call saying as much. But as a former car salesman I could read between the lines. It was the last 2018 of that make and model so if they can get the sale to someone who isn't aware of the model clearance of employee discount and rebates that are available then that would give them a higher commission. Some dealerships strive on customer satisfaction and others on profit. Customer Satisfaction is a big thumbs down. I hope to find a dealership with good ethics that I can do lifelong business with but this one is not it!!! More

Exceptional Experience We were referred to Charlie’s by friends and were told to see Tim. We have never had better service than we had here. Good but not perfect! All went well but when I picked up my car my tire low pressure light was on...yellow and message board showing low pressure 30psi in all tires. I would have hoped when they started and brought the car to me that all warning lights would have been taken care of...but they weren't. Went home and filled all the tires...other than that...all was good. More
