My sunroof was leaking and it took me a solid month to be able t Everyone is really nice there but I haven’t had the greatest experience in the world. My sunroof was leaking and it took me a solid month to be able to bring it in because I was told I would have a replacement car available. So after waiting a month, I took it in with a list of four things (and this is the third time I had been there, not their fault but still Jeep!) and was told they couldn’t blow out my break dust for me because my warranty was expired. It would have cost me $50. I found that a bit petty considering my car had had so many issues. Then the car they allowed me to borrow was absolutely filthy. With only 2,000 miles on it, you would have thought it would have been a bit better cleaned up. They could have at least taken it through a car was because on my way home I had to stop and wash the front windshield because it was so full of bugs. And now I still have to go back after my car was there for two weeks because they are still waiting on a part (again, not really their fault.) It’s just been very frustrating. More

Great please to buy a vehicle everyone is very nice and poli I bought my first truck from john restivo the 2019 ram 1500 a special order with blackout kit. Even though it didnt come the way I ordered it I love t I bought my first truck from john restivo the 2019 ram 1500 a special order with blackout kit. Even though it didnt come the way I ordered it I love this truck. Actually it came with options I didnt ask for which is a plus but I was a little disappointed that it didnt have the 4 corner self adjusting suspension. But john hooked me up for the mistake with the order so I'm very happy. My family has been buying cars from john and this dealership for years. Highly recommend them. More
