The worst in customer service they had it for 2 weeks and did nothing at all .bad battery never replaced it ,told me it was my cell phone cord that was draining the battery. Service writer was rude and Prejudice left a message for manager he never called me back..ill never recommend this dealership to anyone. Poor attitudes and not caring about the customer, truck is still under warranty , to rate them if their was a -0 thats what they would get More

Bought a Dodge Durango from them, literally drove it off the showroom floor. At 6,200 miles I was driving to work and it completely shutdown with no warning, I couldn't even put it in park or cost off the the showroom floor. At 6,200 miles I was driving to work and it completely shutdown with no warning, I couldn't even put it in park or cost off the road. I was in the dark with no lights, including hazard lights. I got it to the them before they opened at 7:30. At 4:00 pm. They hadn't even so much as called so I called them. They had not even looked at it. I asked about a loaner so I could go to work and they said non available. Maybe next week they would get to it or have a loaner. So I was stuck no car to get to work and no need on their part to deal with any of it. They could care less and the car is almost new still and obviously under warranty. More
