Pat is not a high pressure sales person, he takes time to explain everything in an honest and clear manner. He took the time to understand what we are looking for and get us into the right vehicle. We liked the route he took us for the test drive, a great mix of all types of driving scenarios, to ensure the vehicle met all of our expectations. We didn't buy immediately and Pat's follow up was patient and non-aggressive, which I greatly appreciate. Additionally, I was impressed with how he remembered my son's upcoming hockey tournament and took the time to ask how it went. I also worked with Josh Hall to discuss financing and other options. Although, I took more than my fair share of his time, he never made me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. I also felt that Josh went above and beyond on getting the most for my trade-in. Great to work with We went to Charlie's Honda to look at a specific car which they had just received as a trade-in. When we got there we were disappointed that the car We went to Charlie's Honda to look at a specific car which they had just received as a trade-in. When we got there we were disappointed that the car smelled of smoke. They suggested another car, which we test drove but didn't like as well. Josh called after we left and asked if we would be interested in the first car if they could rid it of the smoke smell. They had not had a chance to deionize it before we drove it. We agreed on a price and signed papers contingent on the smoke smell being gone. When we went down two days later to check the car, the smoke smell was gone. After negotiating a good trade in deal on our current vehicle, we drove home the new (used) car! Josh and Harrison were great to work with. They were willing to deal and work with us to get us what we wanted. We walked away with a great car at a price we were happy with. We'll definitely use the again in the future. More
