We had just started our vacation with our dear friends using our car. We were about 50 miles from home and the car started jerking when I would try to accelerate. We searched the area for a Chevy dealership and found that Chase Chevrolet was close. Nick, the service writer knew right away that this was a difficult situation for us and had our car looked at right away. After the service department had checked it out thoroughly, it was determined that the transmission needed to be replaced. We wanted to continue with our vacation, so Nick arranged a fantastic deal on a rental. We decided to have the car repaired at Chase so Nick ordered the transmission and had it installed by the end of the week. I can not say enough about the service, the constant updates, and the care that we received. Nick was very helpful, and extremely sympathetic to our situation. We were back on the road from arrival to departure in the rental in under three hours. Thank you Nick, thank you Chase Chevrolet for the GREAT service. This is why I am a Chevy man! Bless you Nick! I was charged $800 for a new battery and a belt it needed, I picked it up only to have the check engine light on with more issues they were supposed to check. Took it back and they did an update which needed, I picked it up only to have the check engine light on with more issues they were supposed to check. Charged the usb port that still doesn't work, and gave back the truck with 4% oil life without notifying me the option to have the oil changed. Angel said he called my ex husband to ask if I wanted the oil changed, instead of me, and that never happened. My husband doesn't answer calls and said he never got one More
